January 31
W-2 and 1099-NEC forms are due
Employers and businesses send them to workers, contractors and the IRS.
March 15
Partnership and S corp returns
Forms 1065 and 1120-S for calendar-year businesses.
April 15
Individual and C corp returns
Form 1040 and Form 1120, or the extension request.
Dates move when they fall on a weekend or holiday. Rafael confirms yours.

Do I need to come to the office?
No. You can do everything online from anywhere in the US: start a process, upload your documents and talk to Rafael from your portal. If you are near Naples and prefer to sit down together, our office is at 10681 Airport Pulling Rd N, Suite 21.
Do you work with clients outside Florida?
Yes. We work with individuals, families and businesses in all 50 states. Everything happens online through your portal, by phone and by email.
Are my documents safe?
Your documents live in your private portal. Only you and Taya Corp can see them, and they never travel by email attachment.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, on the phone, in the office and in the portal.
What documents do I need?
It depends on the service. When you start a process, the portal gives you the checklist for it. For a personal return it usually means your ID, Social Security cards or ITINs, your W-2 and 1099 forms and last year's return.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your case. Rafael looks at what you need and gives you the price before any work starts. No surprises at the end.
I got a letter from the IRS. Can you help?
Yes. Don't wait on it. Start a process, choose "Other", upload a photo of the letter, and Rafael will tell you what it means and what to do next.
How do I know how my process is going?
Your portal shows the stage at every moment: New, In progress, Waiting for documents or Finished. When something changes, you see it right away, and you can message Rafael on the same page.
Do you only work during tax season?
No. Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and IRS questions come up all year, and so do we.
